Mitratech is seeking a Principal Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s AI-first future, leading design for foundational initiatives including ARIES and Elevate. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and research to scale our design system into an AI-enabled framework, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across the organization. You will also drive user-centered innovation cycles, gathering customer feedback, running research, and translating insights into scalable design patterns.
